Coach Training Program

Matilda Gregersdotter, MCC, Master Certified Coach, launched the first Icelandic Coaching Education in Iceland in 2004.

Evolvia offers International Coaching Federation (ICF) Accredited Coaching Education, Level 1 and Level 2.

Evolvia trains new coaches, deepens and advances coaching knowledge, and facilitates the use of coaching as a leadership tool for leaders, managers, facilitators and individuals who are passionate about high-level self-development.

Evolvia was established in 2004 in Iceland by Master Certified Coach (MCC) Matilda Gregersdotter, who is the most experienced coach educator in Iceland today with more than 20 years and +3,000 hours of experience in leadership coaching.

Evolvia Advanced Coach Training - Level 2

The program is for individuals who have completed 60+ hours of basic ACC training - Associated Certified Coach certification level from the International Coach Federation, and have over 50+ hours of coaching
experience with multiple individuals or groups. It is also for managers who use coaching in their work.
