WORKSHOP / LECTURE
Your own Kilimanjaro!
“Kilimanjaro is a kind mountain if you follow the protocols” says Joseph Rocky, an experienced mountain guide in Tanzania. What does it mean? How can this challenging and tallest mountain in Africa be kind and what are those protocols?
The same goes for any challenge/big project one is facing; it all depends on:
- How you look at it
- How you plan and
- How you prepare to tackle the mountain/the challenge you have ahead of you.
We will discuss and see how it is possible to answer the question of how can the highest mountain in Africa or any big challenge of yours be kind?
We will have a look at some tools for you to use and connect how you look
at, plan and prepare for any challenge.
We will discuss how Hakuna Matata and pole pole are more than just words from the movie Lion King and Kilimanjaro Mountain guides while guiding and assisting hikers for the summit! How can we use this wisdom for our benefit of having more inner peace! Less stress within us and start to listen to our body and inner voice. You can walk away from the session with tools on how to tackle your biggest challenge with a smile!
