A workshop where we visit what consciousness is and how it works.
The subconscious disguises the truth to keep us from changing.
How do we bypass it?
What does life look like when we raise the loot "the booty".
What do we need to establish a division?
What ways do you use to swipe away from home?
All participants have a style book and pen and take notes already!
thoughts that form a connection create a spark.
Let's make an experience program - find activities that pump our tires.
After the workshop, we are at the point where "being in the flow is awesome:).
let's embark on a journey where the goal is to be pure awareness, connected and more present.

 

About GUÐBJÖRN
I have coached 900 hours since 2011. I have also been a Personal Trainer since 2003 where I do both coaching and personal training together which has been extremely beneficial.
Has workshops that are quite unconventional, where co-operation-weight management-procrastination-communication-awareness-physical exercises-stretching-back, knee, shoulder muscles and how we have a positive effect on it are taken care of.

In this workshop we find out where we stand - where we want to go and how we get there. The participants write down an implementation plan and I work based on the fact that a change process needs follow-up, which is available after the workshop.

Also taking groups to Poland for spiritual and physical cleansing.
Goes into homes and teaches people to set boundaries and hold a normal family meeting where everyone gets to have a voice.
